Latest L.A. News Interested in getting a "sneak preview" of our musical act? Want to help spread the word about Fray Day in L.A.? Come to Highland Grounds on August 11 at 8 PM. If you decide to come, you'll be treated to the musical stylings of Shana Susman, our musical act for Fray Day L.A. (Technically, she's still our "unannounced" musical act—this doesn't count.) You'll also get to meet me and other volunteers. While there, we'll be discussing Fray business, including what I've dubbed our "paint the town" advertising campaign. Every volunteer in attendance will receive copies of flyers (as well as a URL to a PDF, which you can use to create more). You can give these flyers to friends, or you can plaster them around your neighborhood. Or better yet, give them to your friends and have them plaster it around their neighborhoods. I want to be able to see Fray flyers wherever I go in the greater L.A. area! (It would be great to get them all over San Diego and around other southern California municipalities as well!) Interested in coming and helping out? Let me know! (Also let me know what you plan on wearing so I can spot you easily in the crowd. I'll probably be wearing a silly hat or something.) This way, I'll know to look for you and I'll know how many people to expect. This way, we can prepare the necessary amount of flyers. Here's the address for Highland Grounds:
