Austin: Scheduled Storytellers, or Stars! Stars! Stars! Austin Fray is shaping up to be a great night! In case you haven't already heard, The Dakota Smith will swing through a set or two of TDS original tunes before miraculously transforming himself into the phattest Emcee in the hizouse! Okay, okay, I'll quit with the lame attempts at hipness and just tell you about our 5 scheduled storytellers .... From bluishorange is Alison Headley. She'll be making the long drive from Houston to be with us. From about as far away, up north in Dallas/Ft. Worth, we have Jessica Reynolds of thinkdink, Dave Gallman of recentlyobserved and Mark Couvillion of chimchim. And last but certainly not least is an original fray contributor, Sarah Bruner of syrup.org. We're very lucky to have such fantastic storytellers--it promises to be a great night!
And as always, once the featured performers have wrapped up their stories we'll move right into the open mic portion of the evening--this is my not-so-subtle hint for all y'all to bring stories to tell! Also, if you're planning on attending but haven't yet rsvp'd, get on over there and let us know you're coming, 'k?
